About the Bee County IT Department
The Bee County Information Technology (IT) Department is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions to support the operations of all County departments, elected officials, and public services.
Our mission is to ensure that Bee County remains technologically advanced, efficient, and compliant by managing and maintaining the County’s digital infrastructure, network systems, cybersecurity measures, communication platforms, and public-facing services such as the County website and email systems.
The IT Department oversees:
Network and Server Administration
Cybersecurity and Data Protection
Help Desk and Technical Support Services
System Upgrades and Hardware Maintenance
Email, VoIP, and Communication Systems
Website Management and Digital Services
Technology Procurement and Project Planning
Compliance with State and Federal IT Standards (CJIS, FIPS, NDAA, etc.)
