To: All Bee County Department Heads/Supervisors
Please be advised that August 29, 2025, will be the last day to use any assigned Blanket Purchase Orders. Effective September 2, 2025, All Departments needing to make a purchase from any vendor MUST first obtain a purchase order number BEFORE making their purchase.
Also, September 12, 2025, will be the last day to make any purchases, until the new fiscal year, which will begin October 1, 2025. The only way you will be able to purchase anything from September 15-30, 2025, is if it is considered to be an emergency, which would require prior authorization from the Co. Judge or Co. Auditor.
